Creating a site from scratch takes the most time, so is the biggest up-front cost you will have when making a web page.  However, my rates are nowhere NEAR as expensive as the $1000+ rates I've seen from marketing sites.  ShowingOff! and multiple others below are an example of what can be done with Wix that is not an option at GoDaddy. 

 

Wix will host a free website for you (no domain name) indefinitely, but GoDaddy will only allow a free site for 7 days.  A domain name is about $10 - $20/year and website hosting connected to the domain is currently $17/month.

While I am happy to create a site for you, regular maintenance or updates seem to be an issue with many people and businesses.  For existing clients, I keep a record of dates and the amount of time it takes for an update and when I hit one hour (or other agreed upon time), I will send a bill.  Since I have a regular job also, please allow at least 72 hours for updates to be made.
