Creating a site from scratch takes the most time, so is the biggest up-front cost you will have when making a web page outside the web hosting cost.  However, my rates are nowhere NEAR as expensive as the $1000+ rates I've seen from other web designer sites. Wow! Let Showing Off Web Design create a web site for YOU at a *reasonable* cost (starting at just $150)!  This site and multiple others shown below are an example of what can be done with Wix that is not an option at GoDaddy. 

 

Wix will host a free website for you (no domain name) indefinitely, but GoDaddy will only allow a free site for 7 days.  A domain name is about $10 - $20/year, which is free the first year when you buy a premium hosting service, and website hosting (Premium service at Wix) connected to the domain is currently $17/month billed annually.

While I am happy to create a site for you, regular maintenance or updates seem to be an issue with many people and businesses.  I would be happy to post your latest news or revise information.  One-hour increments would be billed in advance and time reported when used.  No monthly fee of use it or lose it.  Let's be honest...  nobody wants to throw away money!!
