About me
My favorite hobby:
Training and showing my dog(s) is my passion. (I am not a breeder) I dedicate my time to training and preparing my dog, currently a Rottweiler named 'Cuda, for various trials and competitions around Arizona and nearby states in a variety of AKC sports, including Obedience, Rally, Barn Hunt, Scent Work and most recently, Herding. This is where my love for my dog(s) and my commitment to excellence come together. I strive to provide the best positive training possible, so my dog will have fun at the 'game' in addition to performing well.
I also really enjoy making websites or ads to help people show off their dogs, their Club, Rescue or anything else you want to reach people who are not on Facebook! To see the websites I've done so far, please visit the Gallery page.

I am now a member of 3 Rottweiler clubs and a local All Breed club. Below you will find more information about my history in training and the special memories I have made with 'Cuda as well as seeing the dogs of my past that I've had the pleasure of sharing my life with.

aka 'Cuda - CHIC194304
Meet my gorgeous Rottweiler - a true testament to beauty and talent. Not only does she turn heads, but she also shines in multiple AKC performance sports. For example, I had never trained her to look for rats, but we went to Las Vegas for our 1st ever Barn Hunt trial and qualified 3 of 4 runs to earn her RATN title. Then almost a year later, I entered her in Open A and she Q'd again with a 1st place! With no training in between! Talk about a proud dog-mom!! 'Cuda is 100% handled and trained in every sport - including Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Barn Hunt, Herding, and Scent Work - by me!

'Cuda's Photo Album

'Cuda finished her Novice Container, Exterior and Interior on this day.

'Cuda earned WB, Best of Breed and Owner Handled Best of Breed for a 3 pt. major and then we went into the group ring and got our first Group placement (Group 3) in the Working Group, which turned her win to a 4 pt major, then an Owner Handled Group IV. We're VERY thrilled with these wins under Judges Darryl Vice and Channing Smith.

New RN title - Hurricane, UT at Red River Canyon Kennel Club 'Cuda finished her RN on Sept. 7, 2024. There were so many excellent working teams there that our score of 97 didn't make the top 4 placements.

'Cuda finished her Novice Container, Exterior and Interior on this day.
Training Background
In case you're wondering, I am a positive trainer and love to see a dog enjoying what they do. I recently (2024) bought a window sticker that says "Love the dog first and the sport second" and think it's a great reminder for all of us that compete - that this hobby is supposed to be because we enjoy spending time with our dogs!
